Mataora teamed up with La Maison du Carat to sponsor the Miss Eco International Mauritius 2016/2017.  

Miss Eco International Mauritius is an initiative aimed at finding the new ambassador for eco-tourism in Mauritius. The crowned winner then flies to Miss Eco International final which will be held next year in Egypt to represent the island. The aim of this beauty contest is to promote the principles of protecting the planet with the slogan “Beauty at the service of nature.”  

Based in Switzerland, La Maison du Carat is a jewelry brand dedicated in creating contemporary and classic jewelry design providing a wide range of high quality jewelry. At an event held at the Hilton Mauritius resort and spa on the 14th of October 2016 to elect the Miss Eco Elegance, Miss Eco Best Resort Wear, Miss Eco Top Model and Miss Eco Face of Bella Donna, the Miss Eco contestants were gleaming not only with their beauty but with their dazzling bracelets offered by the incomparable jewelry brand: La Maison Du Carat.

Mataora and La Maison du Carat were present to sponsor the 4th prime of the contest at the Long Beach Hotel, Belle Mare to designate the Miss Eco Talent Mauritius 2016/2017. With stunning leather charm bracelets designed all the way from Switzerland, the Miss Eco contestants 2016/2017 were leaving behind sparkles with every step.
